Description

Our community based, not-for-profit orchestra requires two publicity item redesigns as follows

Firstly, a redesign of the flyer marked stpauls2008dl.doc which is to be used as a small flyer for insertion in envelopes or for distribution by hand or letterbox drop. It is to be printed on A4 sized paper (double sided) which would be cut in three pieces. Redesign is to keep all the existing text (although font type and size can be changed to suit the new design) and basically requires a more professional looking layout which could include some complementary background graphic. As this will printed on a laser color printer, in order to keep printing costs at a reasonable level, and cope with the inability to print right to the edge of the page, the redesign must NOT have large blocks of color or blocks of color which extend to the side of each flyer. Background images could include stylized graphics taken from pics. at http://www.heidelbergsymphony.com.au/images/largepics.html or from your own sources but must have a musical theme such as musical notes. The main picture of the performer must also be included. The file should be provided in format that we can use for subsequent concerts by simply changing the relevant text and the main performer picture.

Color scheme similar to that of our web site http://www.heidelbergsymphony.com.au would be preferred but we will consider other alternatives.

Secondly we require a redesign of the attached file marked stpauls2008a4.doc. This is to be used a simple A4 sized poster, again to be printed with a laser printer and with the same restriction on blocks of color and printing to the edge of the page and again to be provided in a format where we can change the text for subsequent concerts.

Subject to completion of these items to our satisfaction, we will be requiring additional work including production of full sized publicity poster, a redesign of our annual concert program brochure and other small A4 size posters.
