Description

This needs to be someone cheap. This is a very simple comic without much elaboration. I would prefer it is in color and it can be drawn or computer made. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS I NEED THIS TO BE DONE BY 12 PM TOMORROW WEDNESDAY APRIL 23RD CENTRAL U.S. TIME. Please help me out and you will get a quick payment!
