hi,

I need a Banner design finished and enhanced, from an idea i have already come up with for the design.

You will see 6 files:

1) DevolutionBanner.png
2) GradientExample1.jpg
3) GradientExample2.jpg
4) NavigationLogo.png
5) Homepage.psd
6) DevolutionBanner.fla


I do not really want to pay more than $30 for this project - so please do not go putting in bids for $100!


The size of the finished banner must be:

500pixels width x 250pixels height.


i want the banner to look like the 'DevolutionBanner.png' idea i have at the link above.

The Navigation Logo is at the link above and is in PNG vector format, along with the Photoshop PSD file, with the globe image at the top of the page.

The Globe image in the Photoshop PSD file is currently Orange, because i do not know how to use the Photoshop program, and cannot work out how to separate the globe image from the rest of the homepage in the PSD file, in order to change its colour from orange to blue...the Photoshop PSD file is from a template i have purchased for the new Navigation World website.

i have made my idea 'DevolutionBanner.png' in Macromedia Flash MX...i have also supplied the flash file 'DevolutionBanner.fla' if required.


what needs to be done:

1) The globe image and background needs to be blue like in the file 'DevolutionBanner.png'


2) The global Image on the right is to be more Enhanced, like at the top of the following flash movie:

so...
the global and outline details of it are more visible, but still faded in on the background in a cool way, so it does not distract from the actual main text details of the banner.



3) It also has to have Gradient lines going through it, in a cool way, like the 2 example files at the link above.


4) The banner is to be finished in as High a DPI Resolution as possible.


All final completed project source files are to be given to myself aswell after the project is finished.

I would like to see an exact mockup and sample of the finished banner you will send.
You can put a watermark on the banner if you want to - but I want to see how the finished banner will look from you before awarding this project.
