Description

This GUI project will consist of two parts...

The gui is going to be used as a search tools for a database that consists XX,XXX,XXX records and 8 fields
Last name, First name, Address, City, Zip code, State Held by, Reported by, Amount

1. The first part and first page of the website.
Search = Last Name field
First Name field [NOTE: in the “Last Name” field, it could be either just last name with the first name in “First Name” field OR it may contain both last name & first name see http://www.americanrefundservices.com/us-unclaimed_display_proto.html


Results of the first search should generate "total" amount associated with the query results

example: search = Smith
Steve

Results... We located $5,088.79 which may belong to Steve Smith.

2. Client purchases...service. (Nothing that concerns you just a step in the process)

3. The second part... which is similar to first search with different result.
This result would be the actual list of names in the resulting search of the database.
Added to the results must be first names that start with the first two charactors (Ca.) of the searchers first name.

example:
Smith Steve 123 Main Street city zip code State USA Bank $12.00
Smith Steve P 234 Oak Street city zip code State State Auto $12.00
Smith Stevan 124 Park Street city zip code State MBNA $1,000
