Description

I need a forum to be built basesd on vBAdvanced or something similar. I just need the basics. Need users to login, logoff, upload pictures, with a back end for administration. Forum will have about 15 categories, such as 'for sale', 'general', 'barter', 'technical', etc. Domain name registration, hosting, etc will be handled by me.

That's it. I am not in a rush, you can take your time.. but i need it cheap.
