Description

Repair CubeCart store after evil programmer disabled my cart.

Fix problem with Cubecart currency conversion and it's integration with PayPal IPN. Specifically the problem is that although different conversion rates are display and used throughout buying, cart and checkout process, when handed over to PayPal, item totals revert to $AUD and internal currency conversion rates are ignored.
