Description: I need to make a program that will function like ustream.tv or similar.

Need to stream multiple webcam video to my website. (between 1 and 5)
Overlay each with label and current date/time
Display custom message when feed is off

It needs to be able to stream all the feeds from one popup window or application. In order to do multiple on ustream.tv I have to open different browsers (ie, fx and opera all at the same time) so I have to have 3 windows open.

I do NOT need any php to build the site, I just need the capability to stream the videos to the server and display an embedded flash file on my site for each stream. I think this can be done in Flash, but I don't have the flash media server - if this is not possible please explain how you would do it.
