Description

1. Complete rewrite of our flash/xml map to AS3
to make it quicker/for better performance.

2. fix minor errors:
-foreign characters are not displayed correctly e.g: Lodz (poland)
-opening new page don't work sometimes / Internet explorer blocks the new page popup when you make your selection.

3. Make small changes:
-Change the look of dots
-Change the "Please wait..." mention (when loading the page) into another one.

the file is driven by a txt file, but it can also be a xml file
