Description:	Hi , I have posted this project earlier but the choosen programmer has not been in touch with me right after he accepted the project , so here it is again, hopefully you'll value communication much higher. I'm looking for a experienced flash programmer has is able to help me out with the following project : To fully understand the idea please download the .zip file located here : www.vic-online.nl/mediacomponent_v2.zip It's a flash player which plays .flv files. What needs to be realized is when the next item in the xml file ( attatched ) an image is, a slideshow should start. The slideshow should have a faded in / fade out when the next picture shows up. Buttons : play , next , previous If possible a indicator which tells which slide is being played right now ( 1 out of 4 for instance ) Happy bidding.
