Description

to create a flash map zoomable to 3 digit postal code level (FSA)
for canada. the info is available at (http://www.canadapost.ca/business/tools/pg/fsamaps/default-e.asp) canada post site. the map would zoom from province to city to postal 3 digit (FSA) it would be color coded
starting will be similar to ( http://www.fla-shop.com/countries/canada_locator/canada_locator.php ) and then when you click on province it will go to city level and then when you click city it will go to FSA level. or as per canada post page layout sections.
