Description

Trying to get a flash external preloader. Need this preloader to work with future swf files as well. So I would like set up so I can use again. This file uses some as3 effects - so I haven't been able to get any loader to work with my limited knowledge. Also - I would like this preloader to play the swf when about 10% of the file is loaded. (need to keep load time under a few seconds)

Hi,i can build a preload with some features: 1 easy to config 2 you can set an auto buffer time: eg. you've setted a buffer time 10 seconds. when net speed is slow, the loader will load 15-20 secs , depend on speed value. 3 you can set when to start: eg. start when 10% loaded or 20% thank you.
