Description

I want to submit entertaining cartoon strips and educational content to our local TV who have requested for short tv items between 6 to 24 minutes in length. I have made several drawings which i need animated into short films. As I am also self tutoring on animation, I realise I might not make the deadline for this project and thus I require to outsource most of this work.
