I need to create an animated banner like the example to go across the top of the website. It can just sit on top of the existing header area, so it will need to align with the background correctly. The banner can stretch across the top of the site, but not as far as the button to "take the free skin analysis". The header is 144 pixels high, so it has to fit within that.

1. The text needs to slide in faster than in the example. The & symbol needs to slide in faster than the D and the M.

2. The text needs to stay after sliding in (not repeat like the example).

3. One of leaves on the right hand side needs to move up and down slightly (I know, seems kind of silly). It should be subtle. It can do this continuously.

I will provide a layered PSD for the winner to work with.

Please show some examples of Flash work you've done and indicate you undestand the task. Deliverable is the SWF and FLA of the completed Flash banner according to the specifications provided above. Payment will be made via GAF escrow.
