We need a Flash application that can capture a signature just like https://intelliapp.driverapponline.com/s/demo
The signature should be captured in a field of 720*320 pixels and stored as a png file of 90*40 pixels.

Payment will be done via escrow
Source code will be delivered to us

I have written a class in actionscript 3 with the required functionality. I need to know if you are integrating the component into an application, or whether I need to code a user interface. Depending on your requirements, I may also need to know what server side script will handle the storing of the png file.
