Description

We need a Flash application that can capture a signature just like the following sites:

We need to be able to run the flash application from multiple online pages. On the pages that we collect the signature we will have a form with formfields for their name and SSN. Upon submission of the form we need the signature to be saved on the server as a png file with the filename SSN.png in a folder called "sigs". (for example the image will be located on our server at "/sigs/123-45-6789.png")

We need the formfields to be separate from the flash application. We will program the form ourselves using html. I only mention the formfields so that you can reference the SSN field in order to save the png file on the server with the correct filename.

The signature should be captured in a field of 720x170 pixels and then stored as a 150x35 pixels png file on the server in the folder "sigs".

We will need a swf file as well as the source code.
