Description

I need a short flash animation made fast.

I will provide the key frames in vector graphic formats. This needs to be done and output in a high, HD resolution video file.

The animation has two parts. I've provided a basic example guide (attached). I will provide more detailed instructions when you're ready.

I want actual, professional animation, not someone who's simply going to fade between the frames I provide.

Provider must be alright with all payment upon completion (this should not take long). Please provide examples of your work if possible.
