Description:	The flash animation should be about 500 x 80 pixels and the animation is as follow(keep in mind the Will Smith movie "Enemy of the state") 1. Car driving down the highway 2. Red tracking circle on top of car 3. Space view of a satellite with red tracking circle on earth 4. Red tracking circle on top of car (again) 5. Map of city streets with red tracking circle of a car(like mapquest) 6. Show the same map on a web browser and someone looking at it. 7.
