Description:	This is a quick Flash project for someone who is experienced with Flash. We have already done all the work of greating the graphics and animation. All we need is another tube at the bottom that says "employment". How hard is that! We have found out that some people claim to be Flash Artists but really aren't. They think because they have Flash on their computer they can just open up the .fla and go to work... but the experience level shows. Look at the original menu system we have... the attached graphic is called "left_menu.swf" Notice how the tubes move like they are floating on water and the movement is smooth with no aliasing or pixelization? They is how we want the new tube to work.. SAME WAY. Now look at the failed attempted where someone added the additional tube. Notice all the edges and how they are aliased? No WAY! That looks terrible and we didn't pay them for that... This project should take a Pro about 15-30 minutes if that! Max Budget $30.00 Need it done today!
