Description:	pay: $300 - please bid low and I'll still pay $300 - I just don't see the need to pay excess auction fees when I'd rather just contract the work out to you. Description: Flash Presentation that will play on a high definition television (that has a computer hooked up to it) and will be a promotional video/presentation that lets us play videos (sort of like picture in picture) that are dropped into a directory on the computer that is running the flash presentation. This will not be used for web so I'm not really concerned about file size or optimizations. I would provide graphics that we use for our logo. our web page is www.syf.com . We would require several spec drawings as we aren't really too sure what we want other than something showing off what we do. The gist of what we do is we copy finished tv commercials and send them out to the tv stations to broadcast, we also convert video between formats and send them out digitally.
