Description

We are looking to develop a fairly small stand alone desktop application.

From our initial research we figure this should be developed using Adobe AIR. We have a set budget of $1600 to create the initial application, and depending on the outcome we might consider future development.

The app needs to work on both mac and windows platforms
The deadline for completion is ASAP

Basically what we are after can be described as a desktop-notice board for your favourite web pages. We want the stand alone app to be sitting on your desktop looking like an empty notice board. The user should have the ability to 'pin' their favourite internet pages to that board. Every 'pinned' page should have a graphic representation, and have the ability, once created, to be edited and repositioned on the notice board. Clicking a notice should lead you to your webpage while the notice board itself should be able to expand or change according to the amount of notices. The user should also be able to pin some fun stuff on the board from a 'box' of graphical goodies.
