Description

I have a 3 part video modification that I need done immediately.

First part 7 second which blends into 2nd part video where I am
outside then in the 3rd part I am going inside into my office.

Complete details will be explained on once I choose the winner
of this project.

Winning bidder must have at least 15 perfect projects done which
include video conversions to SWF and also swf file conversions,
blending and splicing videos to make swf for the web.

Hi, It looks like you have some tough requirements for experience and thus have very few bids. I also do not meet your requirements however I am very skilled Flash actionscript developer in the US that has worked with manipulation of cue points in video.
