need someone who can integrate an XML News Ticker on the following Flash Header: http://www.allaccessfans.com/aanews/flash/0704.swf

Everything is already there, I just need an ActionScript or whatever that will allow it to pull in the information from an XML file. I also need a starter XML file made, where i can just insert the Headline and the URL to the whole story.

Looking for someone who will do it for $20, since this is something that should only take an expert Flash coder about 15 mins to do.
