Description

Hello,
The mission :

You will provide me a flash animation ( with source ) that does the following:

-> The flash animation will print the world map ( I will provide you the picture)
-> When a user put his mouse (onover event) on the map, a little onover windows appears displaying the following information : actual time of the place, timezone of the place.
Exemple: when the user put his mouse on Paris, it says : "France time : 14h:22m:35s, GMT+1"
-> You flash application must manage daylight saving.
Timezone and daylight saving data muse be read from a file ( that you will provide and complete, and that i can modify)
-> The little onover windows ( that contain time information) must be nice looking, with shadow.
-> The result must be very nice looking
-> The flash animation must be scalable and otimized for 800*600
