Description

We need to animate the attached image of the mermaid. We will supply a vector image for you to start with so you don't need to reproduce the graphic.

The animation script will be as follows:
* Slow, flowing movements of the hair, tail and weeds.
* Every now and then she needs to wave right arm (on lap) and wink her eye in a cheeky way.

All movements should be subtle and fluid i.e. needs to look natural as if she's underwater.

Please supply a decent portfolio of similar animated projects. All bids without this will be ignored.
