Would it be ok if: The big sphere falls down from the left top while spinning around and spraying out little blue dots. After a while, Blue dots gather in the writing "1tsphere". Finally little orange dot of "i" appears bouncing on the letters and placed on top "1".

Nice. What I would do is recreate your logo as an animated 3d model and import the rendered output into Flash. That is the best way to get advanced effects such as lighting and depth of field.
