Description

I need something like JibJab.com or ElfYourself.com but MUCH less in scope - there is NO animation. just static image application.


Here are the Specs:
1) Take a look at the attached PDF file. it has 6 screens that define what the game will do.

2) It needs to be done in Flash AS3.

3) All the backgrounds need to be external to the application.
I should be able to specify the width and height of the backgrounds.

4) I do NOT need design work. a programmer's design will be do just fine.

please feel free to ask any questions.

my budget is about $250.
