Description

Need to create an FLA that includes either a mask layer or object that creates a look over the top of video like these two sites:

www.heyviet.com

www.factorylabs.com


In these two sites that utilize video, the flash site places a layer of some kind over the video with a bunch of small dots (essentially).

I just need to "screen" effect replicated. No need to program any interactivity.
