Description

I have the psd for this, I have attached a jpg of a header for a site. I need the header to be done in flash , the balls will float around and bounce. and will come to rest. The two balls in the corner under English and espanol will come to rest in that position and when hover over will slightly enlarge and on hover out will go back to there size.
