Description

i already have a simple floor planner tool for my site. however, i require a better one to be made.

the existing one is here:

I would like a similar tool to be made, but with a few additions, which are:

* furniture images to be external to the flash, in a folder. this is so i can change them at any time.
* furniture to be resized (at the moment, can only be rotated).
* design of the tool to be neater than the existing tool (more crisp design).
* a logo to be placed in bottom-right of tool (logo in external folder like furniture images).
* export to pdf/image or some format so it can be emailed to others.
