Description

I need flash map of the Czech republic with counties for real estate server. Something similar is visible on autoservisy.net but with few more features and different behavior.

I have gimp map of the czech republic with layers which contain all important information. There are several vector based files available on the internet, I can provide links if you want but I can't guarantee they are complete as I can't open them (don't have AI).

The functionality consist of following:
- terminology I use consists of country (czech republic), state and county. State consists of several counties
- the map shows country level by default, after the click on state it zooms to state level where all counties in given state are visible with labels
- the map allows to select/deselect multiple counties based on the click (eg I can select several counties in given state) and zoom back to country level
- with every county selection or deselection the flash notifies through actionscript jscript about such an event
- flash supports actionscript interface allowing jscript to send the flash list of counties which are initially selected (eg when user loads a page, we want to have certain counties preselected).

I'd supply bitmap with country and bitmap with counties. I need ability to pass the on/off switch from html page into flash and flash should be firing selection&deselection of the county back to html page.

Note - I already posted this project however winner didn't start his work. I'd prefer to select one of bidders on previous project however I can't because of limitations of this system.

Just to make sure that project assignment is clear this is what we need:

- flash map is for real estate server
- czech republic consists of states and counties
- when the page if loaded the page (jscript) sends initial configuration to flash - stating which counties are preselected
- when user makes a change (selects or deselects county) the flash sends an event (hidden variable for example) back to page

- the initial display shows whole check republic with state borders, after the click on state the flash zooms to state level and shows counties and allows user to select and deselect them. User can also go back to whole country view to select another state
