Description:	Need an experienced flash/actionscript programmer to complete this project a.s.a.p. Must be able to communcicate fluently in English. Code needs to be documented clearly. Summary: Through a back end admin tool, points are plotted on the map. The map on the front end of the site needs to display details of the plotted points. Two Parts 1. Back end admin area. 5 maps need actionscript added so when you mouseover any part of the map the x and y coordinates display. These points are then stored in the database to identify a mall/store location. (so code need written one time and applied to all 5 maps.) 2. Front end, A copy of these 5 maps will also need to display information gathered from the admin tool based on the plotted points. Again, code would need written one time and applied to all 5 maps. The map created will be for the city Ottawa. (The maps exist, just actionscript needs added to them). It is a smaller city than Toronto and there for will not have a region page(2nd page for the Toronto example).
