Description:	We have bought the flash file : http://images.templatemonster.com/screenshots/11900/11915.html We want the improvements : 1) Deletion of the top and the bottom (black background) , to keep only the artworks wall 2) Deletion of all others pages, to keep only the artworks wall 3) The HTML page containing the flash file will have a parameter given : "name of an XML-File" , the flash file should read the parameter, then open the file , and read the XML content exemple of parameter : http://artscad.com/A.nsf/PF-FlashGalleryImages.XML?Open&ID=852570E7005FAD38C1256FAB0058715F 4) the wall will no longer display static images, the statics images inside of the flash file must be removed 5) The artworks will be loaded dynamically, the name of the files to load should be read into the first entries of the given XML file 6) the artworks in the XML file have different sizes, the largest size is 150px, the largest height is 150px, the frames on the wall should be sized dynamicaly to fit perfectly on each loaded artworks 7) if it is not dificult to do, we would like the height of the flash file to be divided by two, to show only a single row of artworks, the total number of artworks on the wall can be divided by 2 also. We will select you only if you can provide us one or two key techical information about the process of dynamic loading of jpg files, and reading xml files name of statement, or anything else showing that you have perfectly understood the requirements of this project.
