I'm looking for a designer that can build a full flash site and I'd like to get bids from designers that can provide what I need. An example of what I'm looking for is below

Of course I don't want exactly what they have but that's as close as I can get.

-Ability to easily add news or additional update pages

-Photo Gallery

-Rotation or nice effect for choosing a product

As far as the pages I'll need what's below plus matching cart and product info pages;
