Description

I have a flash banner that runs an animation, then stops. I have the flash file for it. I would like it edited with the following.

1. On the frame it stops on, I want to have three words highlighted, hyperlinked, and on rollover, have them show a tool tip like this (http://www.flashden.net/item/smooth-tool-tip-as3/18445) (with the description of the word in the bubble).

2. On the animation, there are six words that morph into six other words. I would like simple font size increase for these and simple changes to the text made.

You should deliver a flash file (editable in flash 8) and an swf file. The links in the flash file should be easily editable.

I need someone that can start and finish this asap. I would like delivery in 24 hrs.
