Description

I have created a flash video for a project that I'm working on. The flash file has audio(mp3) and it runs about 1 minute long.

I need to implement the following into it, but not sure how:

1: I need a custom skin to be around the flash movie file so it doesn't look bare
2: I need these controls to be implemented: Play, Stop, Pause, and volume slider with mute button

My budget is extremely low as this is coming out of my pocket. Please don't place high bids as it's an important factor. This needs to be done within 12 hours if possible.
