Description

I need a FLASH based News Item rotator that will cycle through up to 5 items listed in a XML file.
An Item will consist of:
- an image
- text associated to that image
- single hyperlink associated with click to either the image or the text

Actions:
- Needs to cycle through item by item - highlighting the item and showing the associated picture.
- Must stop cycling thru items on mouseover of an item

Configureable to:
- allow a change in size of screen footprint
- allow between 2 and 6 news items
