Description

I have 3 sites that need more flash work done.
Please understand that I want the best solutions to scenarios below WITHOUT making the entire site on big flash file. the smaller the files the better. We are looking for someone who uses action script more than tweens to give sites simple, fast download wake ups throughout the site within the html.

BONUS: The one who can do below tasks and be able to validate all three sites in an html and css validator with no errors, while improving my website load rating on www.sitereportcard.com (It is a 1 out of 10 right now while all other rankings are 8-10) will get the bid.

www.promptinternet.com - I want a slideshow or more things moving on every page. I want more things to load in with effects. I want more things to move when they are moused over. Sounds (very subtle and feel matching site) when things are moused over or clicked.

www.thecleancrew.com - I want more things to move when moused over. I want the images at the top to change to different offices (I would supply) with a cool transition effect.
If any other things can load in (buttons, bars, etc) with cool effects, do so. Sounds (very subtle and feel matching site) when things are moused over or clicked.


www.castawayclubs.com - I want a slideshow in the content area from images I supply. I want more things to load in with cool effect. I want more things to move when moused over. I want the "O" in golf in the flash header to fade out once the ball settles inside it. Sounds (very subtle and feel matching site) when things are moused over or clicked.
