Description: We need a multi-file uploader that is clone of http://www.element-it.com/Examples/MultiPowUpload/SimpleUpload.html.

It allows the uploading of multiple files at once. It sends a standard form to a designated recipient php file that will process the form. NOTE: this project is just for the flash side, we will create the php file to process the form internally.

It should have the following features:

* Multiple file selection at once by Ctrl or Shift keys.
* Selection the all files of the folder by Ctrl+A hot key.
* Rich progress and status information during the upload process.
* File filters by extension in the "Choose Files" dialog.
* Limit the maximum allowed size of individual files.
* Limit the maximum allowed total size of files.
* Limit the maximum allowed number of files to be uploaded at the same time.
* Multilingual interface.

It needs to be able to take parameters to submit with the form when it uploads the files.

One of the parameters would be a language. This would then be used to get an XML language file, eg. languages/english/uploader.xml or languages/french/uploader.xml, etc. english or french being the parameter passed to the flash.

There will be a copyright notice on this something like the attached image (opaque background, company image, etc).

My company will be the sole owner of the files generated in this project and will have all rights to the files. We will need the fla source files for this when the project is completed.
