Description

PROJECT SCOPE:
We need to create an intro Flash Video (1' 36"), same as the one on www.carldekeyzer.com

FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Intro video must be playable with streaming
2. Picture quality must be perfect
3. Video must syncronized in detail with a music mp3 file
4. Video's directions are available on an wmv file (effect transitions, image sequence etc)

DELIVERABLES:
- Developer must create an swf file which can be playing from a custom Flash Player
- Developer must deliver the source code of the Flash Movie
- Flash movie must be easy extended and replaceable (ability to change a picture, without the need of changing the whole Flash Movie)

NOTES:
- The wmv file with the Directions of the video will be seen only from interested Providers
