Description

I need someone to animated a menu navigation, a hexagon (pentagon, whatever!) in flash for me. I have finalised all the web layout with the client. The chosen provider will be given the final psd file once the client confirms it, which will be within these next few days.

So, I need a flash designer who can make the hexagon spin around and then when the mouse goes over it, it sorts of flash and words come out. Portions of the hexagons are to be made as links too.

Max Budget : USD100. I will choose the lowest bidder. Must be contactable. Only PROFESSIONALS please, I don't want someone to run off with the project halfway because I need the files in 7 days (MAX). The earlier, the better, cause more time to review and amend it. Expect revision please. Provider must be able to take instructions very carefully.

I have attached an example of what the hexagon will look like. Note: it's not the final copy.
