Description

I would like an interactive map of the United States (700px in width) that will allow users to click on each state.

When a user clicks on a state, the map should read an xml file and list the # of items in the xml file for that state.

Each item in the list will contain the following items:

District
Incumbent
Party
Candidate
Top 10 Item Responses (This will be a clickable url)

Attached you'll find a rough visual mockup of what I was hoping you could build along with a sample xml file.
