Description

Hello,

I'm mostly looking for someone to outsource work to. Not a company. But someone that is good with flash and that will be the one doing the work.

I have a few flash guys but they are kind booked right now with current projects.

I have a simple flash header for you to do for me to show me what you got. The site template is already done.

Depends on how you perform, you will be given more work right away.

The way I will give a flash person work is simple.
I have people that do the DESIGNS and I give you the PSD template to create the flash material.

I'm looking for someone that I can afford. Because the money I will give you will split 4 ways.

1. Design
2. Programmer
3. Flash guy
4. Me

If you can do this header for me for about $30-40 or less, that would be a good start.
