Hi,
We need a prototype developed for a Sign Company. On this website the users can build their own sign. Here is a website that has we like that has similiar functionality:

For now, we will just need a prototype built.

The sign will contain 5 layers:

Background with default color
Layer 1 - Text
Layer 2 - Text
Layer 3 - Clipart (png file)
Layer 5 - Clipart (png file)

Here is the functionality we need:

Replace Background Color: User will be able to replace background color (by clicking on color swatch button)

Load a New Background: User will be able to upload a JPG file to replace the background.

Move and Scale Layers: User will be able to select any layer above, (layers 1 - 4) drag and resize them.

Change Text and Text Color: User will be able to change text, change color of text

Finalize/Save As Proof: Save as JPG proof (thumbnail)

We will provide all graphics files - no Photoshop work will be necessary. We promise speedy feedback, turnaround time, and we are good communicators. After we get this prototype built, we would like to make this "Build A Sign" movie more dynamic, reading in all sign components from a MySQL database.

We would prefer Flex3, but are open to Flash3. Please advise.
