NEED THIS DONE IN MAX 2 DAYS

i am needing a flash expert to create for me the menu buttons with hover as designed already, and also some little movement int eh header. you will see the image ATTACHED.

what i need :-

* the menu to hover as designed in the design.
* the logo on the left | for the clock to tick around and stop at 5 past 3 pm and then tingle like an alarm clock | no audio needed. also the words care for kids to transition in some how [ leave to your creativity ]
* the sun at the top of the house site, i would like for it to rotate clockwise slowly as to look animated :)

one more flash file to do...

i have this window that i would like for movement to happen within. the idea is that it will look like the 2d website actually is 3d I WOULD LIKE A CHILD TO POP OUT, and a teacher or adult to look out the window? photos can be used to do this? at your choice. just a small flash file to create movement and animation to the site.
