Description

I require a flash expert to finish off a project started by a previous freelancer. I need someone that has an eye for design along with excellent coding. I believe previous software used to code this tool I have was Flex.

Please provide your hourly or daily rate within the PMB, as when I have chosen the winner, I can explain what is require to finish my project and then we can discuss price.

Any companies that have PHP expertise also, would be beneficial, as the winner will probably get to finish off the rest of the website also.

Winner will be require to sign a copyright agreement and agrees that all design and code will not be outsourced and they are the original author.

Please provide samples of your previous work. Only freelancers with previous reviews will be accepted.
