Description

I need someone to create me a Flash Email Opt In Form to place on eBay. eBay doesn't allow a traditional Opt-In form so I need a flash form that will serve as the Opt In form.

I use GetResponse and can provide you with the GetResponse code to use for the Flash Opt In.

Opt In form should look like this... Maybe you can clean up some of the rough edges of the graphic as well...
