Description

I need a somewhat simple drawing application, something that allows a user to draw onto an existing 'template' and note medical conditions. There are three drawing tools, the pen, the shading (just crosshatch lines) and the box.

The tricky part is saving it, as well as being able to annotate any of the scribbles, using something like a date. The purpose is to note the date a particular treatment took place.

Since it uses a small window - 300x300 - a zoom would be good too. As well as erase.
It would be nice to be able to scale a mark made

It is crucial to be able to save and recall the drawing later. Although this is not crucial in the first iteration.
