Description:	We need 2 banners made with the same Flash Technique seen on (see link) http://www.rapalotrecords.com/home.html We would like the first banner to have the Chrome Border with masked shine effect along with the starburst twinkle/shine. The Banner Dimensions will be 300w x 200h and contain 3 pieces of jewelry that fade in and out using the “Alpha Fade” Technique. The Jewelry is Diamond and Platinum and will also need the periodic twinkle/shine effect. An image of the jewelry has been provided so that you get an idea of what we are using as images. The second banner will be a Sky Scraper Banner 167w x 590h ( and will only have one image. The image “Flossin” has been provided. The Text must be re-written in vertical form and look almost if not identical to the image provided. We want the text to shine just like the Rap_A_lot_Logo we would also like the text to have the same “Alpha Fade” that the example site uses. The winner bidder will also get the next 2 banners if the work provided meets or exceeds expectations. We will require the source files after completion. (.Fla) is a must, as the banners are going to be placed on many different sites and we will be changing the internal linking and applying Click Through Script.
