Description

Hello,

I need a flash movie built that will display 3 times:

London (taken from the system clock)
Singapore (GMT +8 hours)
New York (GMT -5 hours)

The static graphic for the clock is attached. We just need to make the clocks tell the right times!

The flash movie needs to read a config file which will tell it about Daylight Saving Changes.

London

(These changes will be applied automatically by the system clock)
