Description

This project is simply for a front page only with its main feature begin a rotating carousel of text. See attachment. This project will be very similar but of much higher quality and graphical detail. It will also require a header and footer menus as you see. Full spec’s will be provided.

Please only bid on this project if you have done work like this as can be seen from your portfolio. If you have not, then we would still encourage you to bid. However, we would look favorably on an individual who would produce and show us a test sample of a very simple text carousel.

The candidate must be able to communicate well over skype and work fast to complete this project soon.

We will require FLA and source files upon completion.
